Managing Pro Careers
Associate Managing Pro
ACP Associate Managing Pros are licensed to coordinate leagues and events across the Recreational Pathway. Their coordination work includes the team registrations, facility arrangements, updating standings, rules clarifications, and ongoing interactions with participating curlers.
Head Managing Pro
ACP Head Managing Pros are licensed to coordinate all leagues and events, both recreational and competitive. They are also well trained in staff supervision, board relations, marketing, fundraising, and financial management, all of which help their clubs to be stronger and more successful enterprises.
Master Managing Pro
With their past experience as Head Managing Pros, and their ongoing professional development activities, ACP Master Managing Pros are well prepared to manage larger and more complex clubs. Accordingly, having a Master Managing Pro on staff is a great way for these clubs to enhance their success.
Teaching Pros
Teaching Pro Careers
Associate Teaching Pro
ACP Associate Teaching Pros are licensed to instruct curlers on the Recreational Pathway, and specifically those with less than 3 years of curling experience. They can also lead programming at the Foundational Stages, meaning FUNdamentals (U-9), Learn to Train (U-12), and Train to Train (U-15).
Head Teaching Pro
ACP Head Teaching Pros are licensed to instruct all Recreational and Competitive Pathway curlers, meaning those at the Curl for Life, the Learn to Compete (U-18), Train to Compete (U-21), and Compete for Life (U-25+) stages. They can also coordinate all leagues and events, both recreational and competitive.
Master Teaching Pro
ACP Master Teaching Pros are well prepared to oversee their club’s instructional program, including the supervision of other ACP Teaching Pros They are also licensed to work with interested curlers on the Podium Pathway, meaning those at the Learn to Excel (U-25) and Train to Excel (25+) stages.
